Your first lessonBased on the player skill set and determining whether to go over basic fundamentals or to go over more advanced technique.
Lesson 11+
Lesson 4-10Someone has had at least four sessions with me. Will see lots of improvement within their game and what they need to accomplish in order for them to get to the next level.
Lesson 2-3A strategic game plan for them to improve based on their skill set.

Your first lessonThe first lesson is an assessment to see what the players skill and development is
Lesson 11+A player can expect an overall assessment throughout all training lessons based on what level they want to be at when it comes to basketball.
Lesson 4-10Within the first four lessons, a player can expect to get better from what they needed proving on from the first assessment that was given whether it may be getting in safe dribbling shooting playing with contact.
Lesson 2-3Second and third lessons include improvement from the first assessment that was taken based on skill development level. Also a continuation of evaluating improvement beyond future lessons.
