Your first lessonThe first lesson would be based around the fundamentals of basketball! Stationary Dribbling, Dribbling on the move and close form shooting.
Lesson 11+By this time you WILL be much more confident in your game and well versed in the fundamentals of basketball. You’ll be ready to start the more advanced workouts!
