Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lesson always depends on the client at hand. After our initial skills evaluation, I’m better able to tailor towards my client. Short answer, we start with building a strong foundation of fundamentals.
Lesson 11+Remaining sessions are where we refine what we’ve worked on. Where we begin to add second and third layers to the simplified skills we’ve been working on.
Lesson 4-10Here we begin to branch off into more intermediate lessons building off of the beginning sessions before
Lesson 2-3A detailed grasp on basic defending and basic offensive skills
Youth players
Working with kidsI think children are the world’s greatest sponges. It’s all about making the lesson plan fun and that’s where most of my focus lies.
Working with teenagersTeens are a fun bunch. You can begin to get a bit competitive with them and kind of lean on their “ego” of being young and full of energy.
