Your first lessonPut athlete through simple drills to access skill level and also have an in depth conversation to see if they can identify their strengths and weaknesses.

Your first lessonI approach every new lesson the same regardless of skill level. I can determine in first 10 minutes of simple drills if the athlete is considered advanced.
Lesson 11+We will continue working on ways to slow the game down mentally.
Lesson 4-10We will build off what we previously worked on and also adapt based on what the player would like to learn.
Lesson 2-3Difficultly of drills will increase from ball handling, shooting, and footwork.
