Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTo start off, I always evaluate what a player can and can’t do through observation and assessment. I also make it a priority to have a conversation with the player to understand their own perspective on their game and identify what they feel they need to work on. This helps build trust and ensures that our training is aligned with both their personal goals and their developmental needs.
Lesson 2-3We start with working on things we spoke about, from basic stuff to more advanced how we progress with our skills.

Youth players
Working with kidsI’ve been working with kids different ages for more than 9 years now. For the youngest one, just to introduce them to game of basketball with some drills that include dribbling and shooting, working on their footwork and understanding what they are allowed to do in basketball.
Working with teenagersFor older ones, teaching them basketball IQ, skill sets and understanding of the game along with skills in dribbling, shooting, passing and defense.
