Players will progress into more advanced skill development with increased focus on game-speed execution. Sessions will include advanced ball handling, shooting off movement, finishing through contact, creating scoring opportunities, defensive concepts, and basketball IQ. Players will learn how to apply skills under pressure and in real game situations.
Players will continue refining their individual game through personalized training based on their goals and position. Sessions will focus on advanced skill development, decision-making, film study, and preparing for higher levels of competition. The goal is to help players become more complete, confident, and consistent athletes.
