Working with kidsI use age-appropriate drills, simple instructions, demonstrations, and positive reinforcement. Lessons are broken into short, engaging activities that build fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and discipline in a safe and encouraging environment.
Working with teenagersI adapt lessons to each teenager’s skill level and goals by using challenging drills, game situations, and constructive feedback. I also incorporate leadership, accountability, communication, conditioning, and decision-making to support their growth on and off the court.
