Your first trainingI like to start with basics of ball handling. I also evaluate their jump shot to see what mechanics I can correct early on.
Training 2-3We will do simple ball handling and shooting drills to refine skills.
Training 4-10Continue to refine skills while incorporating challenges and times training.
Training 11+live 1 on 1 against me with effort based on my students skill level
Youth players
Working with kidsSimple drills that promote positive mindsets about the sport and training them to enjoy the game.
Working with teenagersBeing more relatable as I am still on the younger end. Since they pick up easier I would pick harder drills with more goals involved. Also would send them home with studying game film from good basketball players.
