Lesson 4-10Continue to refine skills while incorporating challenges and times training.
Lesson 2-3We will do simple ball handling and shooting drills to refine skills.
Youth players
Working with kidsSimple drills that promote positive mindsets about the sport and training them to enjoy the game.
Working with teenagersBeing more relatable as I am still on the younger end. Since they pick up easier I would pick harder drills with more goals involved. Also would send them home with studying game film from good basketball players.
