Even though marley is my best friend and I dont play basketball I wanted him to train me as a workout one time. It was one of the best workouts I ever had and he never stopped pushing me. It’s almost as if he sees something in you that you cannot fathom I gave him 4 out of 5 stars because my legs were sore the next day. ;)

Lesson 11+Introduce higher level concepts while continuing to perfect and balance the rest of our skills.

Lesson 4-10Branching off of the fundamentals we established, we dive deeper into slowly mastering the basics of basketball.

How it works

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonWork on what the advanced player believes they need to work on. Basketball is a confidence sport and being an unconfident shooter will create misses or an unconfident dribbler will create turnovers etc.

Lesson 11+Routine like. A lesson will be more personally detailed to the player after this many follow ups.

Lesson 4-10Developing any weak spots that still remain and continuing to perfect the most essential skills to win and standout.

Lesson 2-3Continue to work on our defined weak spots while branching into perfecting our more confident skills

Working with kidsSports are for kids to engage, have fun, learn values, and grow. For beginners I try to create the most fun atmosphere possible to have them fall in love with the game so they are willing to work hard. For the advanced players that already do love the game I encourage teaching discipline. Having this skill at a young age can give an unimaginable head start over the competition.
