Lesson 2-3Gradual progress. I'll assess their level of Talent & work with them on how to get better.
Lesson 4-10Continued progress based on discussions we shared. I will raise the level of intensity as fit
Lesson 11+Improving physical & mental aspect of their talents, skill levels.
What you need to bringBasketballs, tennis shoes, knee pads, elbow pad. Anything that prepares them mentally, physically, for a good workout.
