Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI evaluate their skill set through intense drills, challenge their weaknesses, and set the tone—this ain’t basic training, it’s high-level development.
Lesson 11+Sessions mimic pro-level reps. Fast-paced, competitive, and mentally demanding. Everything’s tailored to elevate decision-making, efficiency, and impact at game speed under pressure.
Lesson 4-10Now it’s separation moves, off-ball reads, situational scoring, defensive IQ, and stamina work. We push pace, punish bad habits, and build playmaker instincts.
Lesson 2-3We sharpen advanced footwork, ball speed, and shot mechanics. Introduce pace-control drills, combo moves, and game-speed execution. Mistakes get fixed fast.
