Your first lessonI like to start off by getting to know your style of play. Learn your strengths, weaknesses, and identifying areas of improvement.
Lesson 11+Add advanced drills to workouts and compare new results to your old ones. Tracking progress is extremely important, the more work you put in the better your results would be.
Lesson 4-10Work on improvement in drill functionality, recording progress, and focusing on improvements.
