Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn every first lesson, my goal is to challenge the player's current skill set and identify areas that need development. By putting athletes in competitive situations early on, I get a clear sense of their strengths and where they may be lacking. This approach allows me to tailor training sessions that target those weaknesses and turn them into strengths. My focus is always on helping players grow with intention—building confidence, improving fundamentals, and sharpening their overall basketball IQ.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids, I focus on using drills that are both skillful and fun. Keeping young athletes engaged is key to their development, so I design sessions that challenge their abilities while making sure they enjoy the process. By blending fundamentals with creativity and energy, I help players stay motivated, build confidence, and advance their skills in a way that feels exciting—not like a chore. My goal is to make each session something they look forward to, all while pushing them to grow on and off the court.
Working with teenagersI've worked with athletes at various stages of development, from teenagers learning to compete at a higher level to NCAA players across multiple divisions. My goal is always the same: to help every athlete reach their full potential through focused, intentional development.
