Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI ask the players what they feel they need the most work on or would like to focus on. This allows me to see what skills the player has and what skills they would like to perfect.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will be focused on prefecting all skills. Working on strengthening our bodies to become all around better athletes, while implementing everything learned previously.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will continue to build on skills learned during previous lessons. We will then work on those skills with defense. Making things a bit more challenging but also more realistic.
Lesson 2-3From lessons 2-3, we will build on what we learned the previous lesson. Example: If during lesson 1 we focus on form shooting, lessons 2-3 will be more focused on continuing to use that form while shooting further away from the goal!

Coach Kianna works with you and is extremely patient. She asks what I want to work on and then we do exactly that. You can tell how passionate she is about the game and how hard she works to ensure that I am leaving my lessons with more skills than I came with. She is a great coach and I will continue to train with her!

Coach Kianna really helped me with the fundamentals of shooting and how to perfect my shot. I am a 3pt shooter and coach Kianna told me that in order to get my form better, I had to start closer to the basket to make sure that I work on keeping my elbow and wrist straight.
