Lesson 11+Consistency in their strengths & effort in shoring up any pre observed weaknesses
Lesson 4-10Shooting & defense drills come next. Depending on the player we will focus on catch & shoot or creating your own shot. Defense will be taught with intensity regardless of position or offensive ability
Lesson 2-3Dribble with pound dribbles & straight line dribbles
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced players it will a completely customized plan of attack from jump. Again defense will always be a priority but by being advanced they should know their weaknesses & will know what they want to work on. I’ll figure out the how.
