For 25 years, I've played throughout grade school and at the college level. Your first lessonDepends on the students skill level. 1st is a skills evaluation then I organize the gameplan from there.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI enhance their strengths but importantly I focus on improving their weaknesses. Which I will find out during our 1st session together, then I structure & organize our gameplan from there.
Youth players
Working with kidsWe focus on the fundamentals in more detail. We also play some cool games like P-I-G to keep it light & fun
Working with teenagersTheir passion will guide the lessons. If they just want to do this as an activity then it'll be less intense and a little more relaxed bur still productive. However if they have a deep passion for the game, then things are more intense and disciplined.
