Started with Coach Joe struggling to be able to shoot the ball and finish around the rim. Coach taught me so much and my jump shot and ability to score around the rim improved. He taught me keys and trick moves to help me fly past defenders and hit contested shots and I built up my confidence on the court because of him.

He taught me different ways to stretch and also expand your body to help me move faster, jump higher, and feel like I’d never run out of energy. Dynamic Stretching: Arm Circles, High Knees, Lunges, etc…
Cardio: Light Running, Footwork, Loosen Up
2: Basic Dribbling Skills ( 15 Min)
Stationary Dribbling: Pound Dribbles, Crossover, Right/Left Hand
Walking Dribble: Slow Dribble While Moving
3: Passing Fundamentals (10 Min)
Chest Pass/ Bounce Pass
Passing While Moving
4: Shooting Basics ( 15 Min)
Form Shooting: (BEEF Method: Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Follow-Through)
