Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor a beginner lesson I will asses their skill level and ask them what there goals are with the sports and what is a few things that is most important to them. I will also evaluate areas I can work with them on and help improve that.
Lesson 11+In the lesson 11 and up athletes can expect to be very familiar with the routine and I will continue to incorporate new and challenging drills to improve upon what they have already been doing and learning
Lesson 4-10From the 4-10 lessons range we will be practicing and mastering the fundamentals daily while also incorporating more challenging drills each day to Improve their skill level and expand their arsenal.
Lesson 2-3Second and third lessons will include basic dribbling drills into our focus of the day whether that is shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, or help with basketball knowledge.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first session would be a skills assessment to see where they are at and were we can improve upon.
Lesson 11+After 11 plus sessions we will be focusing on the same thing while still adding more challenging drills and workout to engage the athletes and have them ready to complete their goals
Lesson 4-10These session will be to continue to focus on the goals of the athlete while including new and challenging drills that will test them each session
Lesson 2-3The next 2-3 sessions will focus on drills and ball handling as well as anything I see fit to align with the athletes goals
Youth players
Working with kidsI have worked with kids ages 3-13 and love to incorporate games to introduce them to the sport in a fun and positive way
Working with teenagersWorking with teenagers will be more of assessing their current skill level and asking the athlete about their goals with the sport and improving upon their skills with fundamentals and new challenging drills and games
What you need to bringA basketball a water bottle and a willingness to get better and a positive attitude.
What I can bringI will provide cones, ladder, basketballs, weights, and more depending on athletes needs.
