Your first lessonFirst lesson for a Beginner is Introducing the basic fundamentals of Dribbling,Passing and Shooting
Lesson 11+11 plus lessons we would be in a full training regiment at game speed
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 - 10 we would be working on building off what we learned as well as starting to combine Dribbling and shooting drills together to start adding moves that would be used in Game situations
Lesson 2-32nd and 3rd lesson would be building off Dribbling drills and passing drills that we learned in previous lessons as well as introducing aspect of defense
