Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson for a Beginner is Introducing the basic fundamentals of Dribbling,Passing and Shooting
Lesson 11+11 plus lessons we would be in a full training regiment at game speed
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 - 10 we would be working on building off what we learned as well as starting to combine Dribbling and shooting drills together to start adding moves that would be used in Game situations
Lesson 2-32nd and 3rd lesson would be building off Dribbling drills and passing drills that we learned in previous lessons as well as introducing aspect of defense
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI would Get a good warm up in a run him through various drills to learn his strengths and weaknesses
Lesson 11+Remaining lessons would continue focusing on skills that have been taught while building there strength and conditioning
Lesson 4-10Take time each lesson to really focus on different skills to build the client into a complete player
Lesson 2-3Work on his strengths but focus more his weaknesses to build those skills
