Lesson 11+Here we combine everything to become a complete player!
Lesson 4-10Here we ramp things up! In these lessons you'll be coached on how to take your defender off the dribble, accurately pass, move without the ball to get open and a unique approach to on ball defense
Lesson 2-3These lessons will include training to improve rebounding and free throw shooting.
What you need to bringPlease bring your drive to succeed, open mind and of course a basketball and water on each season.
