Beginner training plan
Your first trainingMy first lesson is starting off with establishing a warm up routine and learning basic ball handing skills. Before learning into another skill.
Training 2-3We’re enforcing our routine that we learned from the first session which is do our warm ups before continuing to learn the skills that we learned from the first session. Incorporating conditioning towards the end of the session.
Training 4-10At this point, we have established a routine and we’re learning new skills and drills that will be challenging but will help you get better. End of session with some fun games and conditioning.
