Your first lessonEvaluation of the player, a few skill drills to see where we are, future goals on what they want the outcome to be as well as the parents feed back and goal objectives.
Lesson 11+Understanding defense, offense on both sides of the ball, agility, mobility and conditioning.
Lesson 4-10Better passing, more consistent jump shot and improved footwork.
Lesson 2-3Training starts, I believe in fundamental trading improving skills as well as developing a more modern style of play.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids I start with the basics. Defense, dribbling and passing. Evaluating there skills and where to start.
Working with teenagersI allow teenagers to tell me what they want to improve on while creating a lesson plan to showcase what they know while improving on their all around game.
