The lesson with Jayson was quite good, especially highlighting how he kept things clear and engaging throughout. Though I didn't expect much, I actually learned a fair bit about controlling my dribble better. Still, I think there's room for more practical drills, but honestly, it’s worth trying if you're looking for a coach who's attentive and steady.
What you need to bringMake sure you have a ton of water. Conditioning is key as an athlete so that means you need to hydrate to help maintain that.
