Your first trainingMy first lesson with beginners is kind of a trial to see where they are I would focus on strengths and weaknesses so I can create a progressive plan for the future
Training 2-32nd and 3rd lessons are toning in on routine drills that focuses on the weakness the student has
Training 4-10Student should be cruising through drills , students weaknesses should be stronger.
New moves , tips , and real gameplay sessions
Training 11+Student should be fundamentally sound and confident enough to apply the drills , moves , tips in live game situations
