The first lesson focuses on evaluating the athleteβs current skill level, athletic ability, and basketball knowledge. We introduce proper ball-handling, footwork, shooting mechanics, passing, and defensive stance while building confidence in a positive environment. Every player leaves with clear goals and a personalized development plan to guide future sessions.
During lessons two and three, we reinforce the fundamentals while increasing the pace and intensity. Players develop stronger ball control, improve shooting form, learn proper layup technique, defensive movement, passing accuracy, and basketball IQ through fun, game-like drills. Confidence and consistency become the primary focus.
Players begin combining individual skills into real game situations. Sessions focus on advanced dribbling moves, finishing at the basket, shooting off the dribble, defensive techniques, decision-making, conditioning, and confidence under pressure. Every lesson is customized to help the athlete reach the next level.
By this stage, athletes are training like complete players. Sessions emphasize position-specific skills, basketball IQ, live game scenarios, leadership, mental toughness, and advanced skill development. Progress is continually evaluated, with new goals set to prepare athletes for school teams, AAU competition, and long-term success.
