Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would approach the first lesson to seeing where you are with skills wise so I can grasp what we need to work on and what we can better yourself on.
Lesson 11+We continue to work on IQ and learning the game on a more advanced level such as Breaking down defenses , learning people’s mannerisms , and just getting to a point where basketball comes easy both on defense and offense
Lesson 4-10By Lesson 4-10 we can go ahead and work on things regardless of position so that way no matter what position your coach/team puts you in, you will have the skills to be able to play anywhere
Lesson 2-3As I figure out the things about your experience with basketball we would continue to work on ball handling shooting etc (based on position you play)
