I have 10 years of coaching experience with various sports. I have also coached all ages . In fact, I have a coaching degree from the University of Central Florida. Go Knights and Charge On! Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGet to know each other better and find out what they are trying to accomplish in the sport . How long have they been playing the sport? What have they been doing training wise and what do they want to continue to do and not do ? Be open minded to their ideas and opinions and ways of training. Explain the way I train people and suggest it to the participants. Come to a common ground regarding the way the lesson is going to happen .

What you need to bringBring water or sports drink. Wear comfortable basketball shoes with socks . If you have weak ankles, I suggest wear ankle braces . Wear basketball shorts and something light weight for your top . I suggest top and bottom should be polyester fabric . You can bring your own basketball and other equipment that you might think will help you get better at the sport .
