We went over the fundamentals of the game. Such as ball handling with both hands, between the legs, and simple crossovers. She is a quick learner and a great student!

Your first lessonLet’s say for instance shooting is what we’ll work on for the first lesson. With shooting we need to first master the mechanics so I’d spend time with the client perfecting these.
Lesson 11+After this many lessons we’d try creative and innovative skills really testing your base skills.
Lesson 4-10After the first few lessons mechanics should be clear so after that it’s rinse and repeat! We’d of course try new things maybe off the dribble or catch and shoot but really try and perfect that skill.
Lesson 2-3After the first lesson we’d first try and hone the learned mechanics then move to some balance and stationary shooting.
