Lesson 4-10Finding your sweet spots in offense - learning how to minimize your dribble to avoid mistakes when scoring the basketball. Moving into defense stance and help defense positioning.
Lesson 2-3A review of the first lesson teaching from there how to create a shooting pocket and working on fundamental footwork and body control.
