Lesson 11+More live action, decision making mixed with the skills applied lessons 1-10! These don’t mean anything if we don’t learn how to apply
Lesson 4-10Consistency, we won’t mix it up too much from here. We know that greatness comes from repetition and habit building.
Lesson 2-3We will become more familiar with where improvements need to be and will tailor drills to these spots. Primarily skill focused work like ball handling & shooting & footwork.
