About your basketball coach

I have 22 years of experience playing basketball. I grew up playing in the streets of New York. I played for nationally ranked High school St.Raymond in the Bronx and nationally ranked Division 2 college Genesee Community College. I played against the following players in HighSchool during my Senior year. These players would go on to play in College and Professionally. These names include Kadeem Jack, John Wall , Shane Southwell, Jermaine Sanders, Russ Smith, Mike Alvarado, and Omar Calhoun. In HighSchool as a senior guard I was ranked in the top 200 in the Tri State area and averaged double figures in points my Senior year while playing in the backcourt with 2 Current Pro players, Daniel Dingle and Devin Brooks. In college at Genesee I was named to the All Tournament team in our championship run and played along side 3 players who would also play Professionally. These names include, Ervin Mitchell , Jason Perry Murray and Rahsaan Williams. I also signed to play professional basketball for an ABA team called the NY Holy Storm but left the team during the preseason in 2015. While in College I averaged double figures in points and played against high level competition.

Your first lessonFirst Lesson will consist of dynamic stretching warm ups. Then we are working on the fundamentals dribbling with your eyes up catching and shooting and staying balanced. We will work on foot work while dribbling. We will work on conditioning
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ we are we are working on dynamic stretching warm ups. With this lesson we are seeing it all come together and working on game like scenarios for reps. Putting everything they learned into practice. Will teach them advance ball handling and shooting techniques to make their game more efficient in combination with the fundamentals, footwork, post moves, catching and shooting, shooting of step backs side steps punch dribbles and more!!! We will work on conditioning
Lesson 4-10From lesson 4-10 we are working on dynamic stretching warm ups. Then we are working on game like reps. Same game like scenarios but getting 10-12 makes on each rep. We’ll also work on conditioning.
Lesson 2-3Second and third lessons we are working on dynamic stretching warm ups. Then we are working getting the footwork and fundamentals to where they need to be. Then we are working on game like scenarios. Catching and shooting off curls and fades. Posting up and working off different pivots. We’ll also work on conditioning.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst Lesson we are we are working on dynamic stretching warm ups. With this lesson I Will teach them advance ball handling and shooting techniques to make their game more efficient in combination with the fundamentals, footwork, post moves, catching and shooting, shooting of step backs side steps punch dribbles and more!!! We will work on conditioning
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ we are working on dynamic stretching warm ups. We will go into advance dribbling and shooting techniques. Footwork pivots shooting fade aways off the dribble. Working on game like scenarios off the pick and roll and also work on shooting and making moves off the curl and fades. We will work on pace and switching speeds and acceleration when needed. We will work on conditioning.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10 we are working on dynamic stretching warm ups. Then we will go into advance ball handling and shooting techniques. We will work on moves off the curl and fades. And also work on doing moves off the pick and roll and decision making off the pick and roll. We will work on conditioning
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2-3 we are working on dynamic stretching warm ups. Then we will go into advance dribbling drills. 2 ball dribbling. Dribbling while catching a tennis ball in the opposite hand to improve hand eye coordination. Dribbling while doing wall touches. Reverse pivots standard pivots. Making shots off the dribble and more! We will work on conditioning
