i have been training with coach Essam for 3 months
i learned to many things that i never heard it before
i even tried to learn on youtube but its a lose of the time
when you see someone doing the technique in front of you it's gonna be more different

Also teaching how to control your ball and how to stick it to your hand
Lesson 11+moving in the game and sticking to a team plan and knowing your position in every basketball game
