Your first lessonEstablish Trust
• Warm intro: Ask a few light questions like “What made you want to learn basketball?” or “Any favorite players?”
• Set the tone: Let them know it’s okay to make mistakes and that learning the basics now sets them up for long-term success.
• Quick assessment: Have them do a light dribble or a few form shots—not to judge, but to see their natural instincts.
Lesson 2-3What to Expect in Session 2:
Focus: Reinforce and Build
• Quick review: We’ll go over what you learned in session 1 to lock in the foundation.
• Reps, not rush: Expect more repetition with sharper feedback to build rhythm and confidence.
• New layer: We’ll begin introducing movement—like shooting off a step or adding basic footwork to dribbling.
• Mini test/game: A light challenge to apply what you’ve learned in a real feel setting.

• First signs of flow: You’ll start to feel when something “clicks.”
Goal: Begin moving like a basketball player, not just practicing like one.
