Your first lessonI have my clients perform a virtual (5-7 minute) "Basketball Skills Evaluation." They record themselves performing the Evaluation Drills. I watch the video and make a professional assessment of your skill level.
Lesson 11+You'll become a gym rat! Because your understanding of the game and skills have increased, you'll have more fun playing the game.
Lesson 4-10Your Basketball IQ will increase! Your shooting, passing, 1-on-1, decision-making, defense, and overall attitude will improve.

Your first lessonVirtual Basketball Skills Evaluation (5-7 minutes)
Lesson 11+Advanced players primarily need reps, conditioning, and tweaking. I provide advanced training for FIBA, collegiate, and high school basketball players.
