Your first trainingI have my clients perform a virtual (5-7 minute) "Basketball Skills Evaluation." They record themselves performing the Evaluation Drills. I watch the video and make a professional assessment of your skill level.
Training 2-3My private training benefits clients because they see improvements after the FIRST training.
Training 4-10Your Basketball IQ will increase! Your shooting, passing, 1-on-1, decision-making, defense, and overall attitude will improve.
Training 11+You'll become a gym rat! Because your understanding of the game and skills have increased, you'll have more fun playing the game.

Your first trainingVirtual Basketball Skills Evaluation (5-7 minutes)
Training 2-3More information from a former professional basketball player. Inside techniques that are only known by NBA & FIBA players.
Training 4-10You'll understand what type of Basketball Skills Training you have to perform to really be good.
Training 11+Advanced players primarily need reps, conditioning, and tweaking. I provide advanced training for FIBA, collegiate, and high school basketball players.
