Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson would be establishing the fundamental skills of basketball, taking a look at your dribbling, shooting, passing, defense stance, etc. Establishing what position you play
Lesson 11+Start with all the lessons for 1 but doing it in a faster concept, suicides, running. Conditioning, stretching then other drills at a faster concept now that you would have the basics down
Lesson 4-10Shooting drills, practicing layups, mid range, 3 point shot if you qualify as a sg, pg, etc. More complex shooting techniques and footwork
Lesson 2-3Same rules from the first lesson, as well as stretching before and after each lession very important!
