Beginner training plan
Your first trainingBased on what skill set the player already has. Test dribbling, shooting, rebounding, running, passes etc. This is to test all of your attributes and what we can improve on.
Training 2-3Improving on your first initial lesson. Focusing on your weaknesses and how we can improve those into strengths
Training 4-10Development of those skills taught in the first couple of lessons and adding more into the mix.
Training 11+Now, we have an understanding of the fundamentals, now it’s time to put those to the test and add more features and more IQ
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingGoing off a samples test to see what player can do (shooting, dribbling, rebounding, passing etc)
Training 2-3Understanding your skill set and creating opportunities off of weaknesses to make them strengths
Training 4-10Development of IQ, development of understanding your spots on the floor, reading the floor, finding your rhythm and maintaining a high level of confidence and concentration
