Beginner training plan
Your first trainingBasic shooting/dribbling/finishing drills to evaluate where the student is at skill wise.
Training 2-3Build upon the first lesson with some more basic training with some higher level drills sprinkled in.
Training 4-10Continue with basic level drills if student still needs them. If student is performing well, I’ll add a lot more higher level drills.
Training 11+Should be doing only high level drills with basic drills being the minority.
