Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will first get to know the athlete and their skill set and what their goals are for improving in basketball. Put the athlete in some drills to access skill level.
Lesson 11+See the athlete, play in basketball games and build upon what they can improve in on the games
Lesson 4-10Implement some more challenging drills and build upon the first and second lesson
Lesson 2-3Build upon the first lesson and then integrate some more challenging drills.
