Your first lessonMeet and Greet. Will focus on what you want to focus on. Will teach the 3 things you can control and give homework.
Lesson 11+Shooting and ball handling and/or post moves depending on your position you anticipate playing.
Lesson 4-10Improvement of their skills including agility and speed and a heavy focus on shooting and dribbling.
Lesson 2-3Fundamentals and agility.
