Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start with simple dribbling and passing drills
Lesson 11+I will teach plays and drills they can practice at home or after school, like a 2-3 which is a full defensive drill with 2 players at the elbows and 2 on the blocks and 1 in the paint.
Lesson 4-10During the fourth lesson I will move on to positions on the court and see where the player is when it comes to mid range shooting or 3 point shots. This will determine the following drills I do with them
Lesson 2-3During the second and third lesson I will move on to shooting and layups. I'll incorporate dribbling drills into the second lesson.
