Beginner training plan
Your first trainingmy first lesson is to get to know the student and ask questions and try to understand the experience level what the students goals are and continue with the lessons accordingly
Training 2-3they can expect to learn all aspects of Basketball...i love to teach fundamentals, proper mechanics of shooting, ball handling drills, proper defense stance, how to make layups with left hand and right hand, passing drills and history of basketball.
Training 4-10to continue working on all the techniques from the previous lessons . my approach is to continue teach everything from from the earlier lessons until they improve.
Training 11+more learning and continuing to improve on ball handling, passing , shooting..prober way to play defense and learning how to box out , teach the technique of rebounding...repetition.
