Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIt depends on the age, but usually by building some confidence, with some dribbling drills
Lesson 11+We’d start working on real game scenarios
Lesson 4-10We’d be doing some scoring off the dribble, and off the catch drills
Lesson 2-3We’d get into some different layup drills, and more dribbling
