Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDepending on where skill level is I want to to test your skills, strength, IQ and agility. If you are starting from the beginning with no experience lessons may be more focused on one thing at a time as I will help you unravel skills all around to be put together for the game to be easier.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11 plus is about polishing everything that we have been working on together and still continue to master skills that I am teaching you about the game.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 depending if you’re a beginner, pre season, mid season or off season will determine what drills and intensity of training.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will all pick up from first lesson and continue on depending on skill levels.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will all be based on previous conversations before training and getting to know what we are trying to get out of it. Weather it’s from having a consistent rebounder, helping with strength and agility etc I am willing to work with what the missing pieces are to your game and polishing skills.
Lesson 11+Based on previous lessons and agreements on what needs to be worked on next as I will help sharpen IQ for the game and where I see needs improvement and will work just as hard as the person I am training to help reach these goals.
Lesson 4-10Based on previous lessons and agreements on what we need to work on next.
