Training 4-10The lessons will be progressively harder each session depending on the students abilities.
Training 11+Focus on what they can improve going forward and how to set their priorities.
What you need to bringBasketball, water bottle, snack, and a towel. Also a change of shirt.
What I can bringI can bring Cones, weighted vest, rope or various training equipment depending on the planned workout.
