Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe learn the rules and the dos and donts of basketball, then we learn our strengths and weaknesses within our gameplay
Training 2-3We develop a skill set and assign temporary positions training based off of student tendencies
Training 4-10By this time we are progressing to the desired aspects of gameplay and conditioning and endurance.
Training 11+We are confident and ready to play the game the way it’s supposed to be played and being our best selves on the court
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingDefense movements quick cuts hard attacks to the basket and shot efficiency improving drills
Training 2-3Develop shot tendencies and conditioning drills. Ball handling development and improvement.
Training 4-10Ball protective practice in scrimmage setting
Training 11+All out drills for defense and offense
