Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson with beginners would be simple footwork for example, jab steps, focusing on left & right hand layups and understanding the basics of basketball.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ would be focusing on attacking defenders, escaping traps, breaking presses. mainly focusing on BALL HANDLING, SHOOTING, DEFENSIVE STANCE, and FOOTWORK. Mostly these lessons would be to gain confidence on the court.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 would be slow gradual progression into ball handling, mid range jumpers, & FOOTWORK
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 would be the exact same as Lesson 1 because we wouldn’t move on until the training shows that we can move forward.
