Lesson 11+Everything taught+ Passing, mental preparation, etc
Lesson 4-10Layup with contact, 3 point jumpers, defense slides, midrange jumpers and crossover drills.
Lesson 2-3Basic fundamentals(right/left hand layups, Midrange jumpers, basics crossovers, etc)
What you need to bringBasketballs, Basketball Shoes/Attire, water/gatorade and a towel(for sweat)
What I can bringDrill cones, Game regulation basketballs and A bump pad(for contact and toughness)
