About your basketball coach

For over 14 years, I've cultivated a passion for basketball in players of all levels as a player, youth coach, and trainer. Most recently, I was a trainer for a semi professional basketball team in Loudoun county. I can guarantee that you will get 100% of my effort and dedication to help you improve as a basketball player, all I ask is you give the same level of effort and have a willingness to learn. I look forward to helping you elevate your game! My training approach focuses on modern basketball skills and IQ - understanding spacing, making reads, handles, shooting, using screens, etc.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonPlayer assessment - What are the player’s strengths and weaknesses? Do they have specific goals they want to reach? Assessments will cover shooting, handles, finishing, IQ, speed, passing, and footwork.
Lesson 11+At this point, we would do a re-evaluation and see where they are at in terms of the previously mentioned metrics from the player assessment. Based on the progression and how effective the program has been towards certain goals, we will continue to make adjustments.
Lesson 4-10Lessons will be geared specifically towards the player in terms of what they need to work on as well as fine tuning their strengths.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will continue to serve as a player assessment but in more detail, figuring out tendencies and going further into strengths/weaknesses.
