Your first trainingThe first lesson is going to be a workout where I can gauge where your skill level is at, and from there on we can start work on the basics and fundamentals, then delve into dribbling drills, rebounding drills, form shooting, free throws, layup drills, footwork drills, conditioning- these will be consistent lessons until we can decide together what we want to focus on the most to improve your game
