Your first lessonConfirm with the athlete what they would like to work on. Start with basic footwork, close range shots, defensive mobility movement and add on from there
Lesson 11+As sessions continue drills will continue to be intense but affective to gain confidence
Lesson 4-10As sessions continue some drills maybe be repeating to gain perfection and to produce counter movements,
Lesson 2-3Some of the same footwork from the initial training. After we will move to a few advanced skill drills to get the athlete comfortable moving and perfecting movements
